Shipping Information

 

SHIPPING 

Due to an extraordinary number of packages during Christmas, longer delivery may occur. 
As the shipping companies handle an extraordinary number of packages during Christmas, there may be delays in delivery.

 

Domestic orders for more than $200 is delivered with no shipping cost. A flat fee of $12 will be applied at checkout for all domestic orders less than $200.

Express Shipping with Australia Post is charged at a flat fee of $20 per order and can be selected at check out.

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to pack your order, during high volume periods it may take a little longer, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Public Holidays in Melbourne.

The below delivery timeframes are indicative only and delays may occur which are out of our control. 

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery except for WA which can take up to 7 business days. Delivery time is calculated on when the order is shipped.

If you are sending to your place of work, then please include the business name.

We will email you a confirmation and tracking number as soon as we have dispatched your order. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email and/or dispatch notification. 

Ivylee Copenhagen is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Ivylee Copenhagen currently ships to New Zealand.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically on check out. Any import duties and / or customs clearance fees is the responsibility of the customer. For information, please contact your local customs office. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.

 

DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay to the estimated delivery times, please check with the courier and use the tracking number provided. Ivylee Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
