ORDERS
Please carefully select your size, style, and colour, and double-check all billing and shipping information before placing your order, as we are unable to make any changes once an order is confirmed.

Ivylee Copenhagen reserves the right to update product prices or descriptions at any time.

Please note, we are unable to offer sale discounts on purchases made before or after a sale period. To stay updated on upcoming sales and promotions, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
This policy applies only to items purchased directly through ivyleecopenhagen.com.au. For purchases made through one of our stockists, please contact the store directly for assistance. Your purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions of that business.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for orders delivered within Australia, subject to availability. For international orders, we offer refunds but do not accept exchanges.

We understand that sometimes the shoes just don’t fit as they should! If that is the case, then you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund or exchange for a different size, please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. You must also include the completed return form to help us process your return quickly. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, but we will cover the shipping cost for any exchanges.

Please be aware that items showing signs of wear cannot be refunded or exchanged. We therefore encourage you to be careful when trying on. Returns cannot be processed if they are returned to us after 14 days from the date of receipt.

RETURN PROCESS
The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping a record of the tracking number, as Ivylee Copenhagen cannot be held liable for lost or missing items during transit.

Exchanges are only available for orders within Australia.

To initiate a return, please print, complete, and include the return form with your package. We recommend shipping with tracking for added peace of mind.

Returns are processed once received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.

MANUFACTORING FAULT

We do all we can to ensure that the quality is of the highest standard before we dispatch. In the event that you experience a manufacturing fault with your purchase please contact us at info@ivyleecopenhagen.com.au include a copy of your order, a detailed description  and image of the fault so we can endeavour to resolve. You are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced or refunded.  The repair process can take up to a month.  We do not accept claims caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, solvents, acids, water or normal wear and tear.

Items claimed as being faulty may need to be sent back to ivylee Copenhagen Pty Ltd for assessment, please do NOT return to us before we have responded to your email.
