Orders and Returns

 

ORDERS

Please choose your size/style and colour carefully and please check all billing and shipping information before placing your order as changes cannot be made once order is placed.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY
Christmas gifts bought from 20/11-23 can be returned until 15/1-24.

This only applies to items purchased through ivyleecopenhagen.com.au. If you made a purchase from one of our stockiest, please contact the store directly for assistance. Your purchase will be governed by the T&C’s of that business.

 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE ON FULL PRICED ITEMS 

We do accept returns and exchanges, subject to availability, for orders delivered within Australia.

For orders to outside Australia we can offer a refund but not an exchange. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unworn item in its original packaging within fourteen days of receiving your order. 

For full refund or exchange for another size, please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging exactly as you received it and that the item is unworn. Please include your order confirmation with your return to ensure we can identify who the return is from. The cost to send back the exchange will be covered by the customer.

Please note that items that has signs of having been worn will not be refunded or exchanged, so please be careful when trying on.

If fourteen days have passed, then we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.

The cost of returning and exchanging is your responsibility, please use registered post and make a note of the tracking number.  Ivylee Copenhagen is not responsible for items going missing or lost in transit.

* Exchange is only offered for orders within Australia.  

SALE ITEMS including items purchased during a promotional sale ( e.g.VIP sale, Boxing Day, seasonal sale) are eligible for an exchange or a giftcard, but we do not offer a refund on change of mind on sale items.

Please note that items that has signs of having been worn will not be exchanged or offered a giftcard, so please be careful when trying on.

FINAL SALE ITEMS All items marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy.

 Returns are only processed once received.

If a refund is approved for a non-sale item it will be refunded via the method by which payment was made. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your statement.

 

MANUFACTORING FAULT

We do all we can to ensure that the quality is of the highest standard before we dispatch. In the event that you experience a manufacturing fault with your purchase please contact us at info@ivyleecopenhagen.com.au include a copy of your order, a detailed description  and image of the fault so we can endeavour to resolve. You are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced or refunded.  The repair process can take up to a month.  We do not accept claims caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, solvents, acids, water or normal wear and tear.

Items claimed as being faulty may need to be sent back to ivylee Copenhagen Pty Ltd for assessment, please do NOT return to us before we have responded to your email.
